From the 25th to 27th of Sept, 2009, a working meeting with the branch manager, the business manager, the deputy manager and the functional department managers was held discussing the Wuyou Group Company's future development strategy and other issues.
Since its establishment, Wuyou Group Company has managed to achieve a number of accomplishments despite facing a series of bottlenecks in the industry during the development. In particular with the current commotion in the world economy, future development strategies and other issues are especially important, including where to go in the future, how to establish the core competitive advantages, and how to develop the strategy.
This meeting clearly defined Wuyou Group Company’s strategies: to become an internationally renowned company combining valve design, manufacturing and service in the world. The location of Wuyou Group Company is that “The first mover of QA & QC in valve manufacturing”. Wuyou Group Company will vigorously push forward the market for the development of design capabilities, and continue to do researches on development strategies to promote and develop new business and new products.
At this meeting, we put forward: talent as the foundation, teamwork and interdependence, eagerness for progress, dependability and integrity, and repayment of kindness. The enterprise spirit is to keep the employees by excellent treatment, career fulfillment, and strong relationships to further strengthen the human resources management, and to control various risk.
